Anissa Burdett is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in business leadership, sales strategy, and operational growth. As past co-owner of a $50 million Verizon Wireless retail enterprise spanning 50 locations, she built scalable systems and high-performing teams across multiple markets, earning recognition as a respected leader in the cellular industry. In recognition of her contributions to the business community, Anissa was awarded an Honorary Master’s degree for her leadership and impact. Following the pandemic, she was contracted out of Washington, D.C. to consult on a federally authorized relief program supporting business owners nationwide. She now works in conjunction with IRONGATE (IG Business Advisors), a reputable consulting firm specializing in structured, compliance-based initiatives. In her current role, she consults on the CARES Act Preventative Care Benefits Program, educating leadership teams and connecting organizations with program specialists who administer the initiative. Anissa partners with executives and HR professionals to evaluate compliant solutions that enhance workforce wellbeing while maintaining financial responsibility.
